Instead, I’m going to share with you my 60mins workout plan so that you can start your “happy hour” to see the fantastic result on yourself!
Here is the most frequently asked question that I often get from my friends and readers: “I am a super busy working mom and spend all of my daytime sitting. When not working, my time is occupied by two young kids. My time is limited that I can only squeeze out 60mins the most for gym, so I want to spend the time wisely. What kind of workout should I do there, what machines should I use, and what can I do to maximize my results in the most efficient way possible with the 60 minute restraint?”
I absolutely understand your time pressure here, matter-of-factly, I’ve been in the same boat.
So, here comes my 60-min gym workout plan.
1) Warm p: 10mins treadmill jogging (4mph)
2) Weight training: 25mins
- barbell squat- 3×10
- bench press- 3×10
- overhead press- 3×10
- dumbbell bent-over row- 3×10
- chin up- body weight
3) Cardio: 20mins treadmill run (6mph)
4) Stretch: 5mins
