I did my running in gym’s cardio theater tonight and watched the movie of Forrest Gump again.
It is so inspiring and motiving each and every time I watch it.
For busy and stressful days like this, running and motivations are the things keep me going~~~!
Monday: Run 3miles
Tuesday: Swimming (with my son:)
Wednesday: Barre (super hard class today, my legs are still shaking~~)
Friday:Barre (love it!!)
