Monday: Swimming

Tuesday: Circuit Training at gym

Wednesday: Barre 

Thursday:Circuit Training at gym

Friday: Barre

Weekend: REST

Some of you guys ask me what I normally bring with me during my workout. Actually, I am kind of very basic with that. 🙂

No matter if I workout in the gym or barre dance in the studio, all I really need are only 3 things:

1) heart rate monitor (so that I know how many calories I burned) (here, here)

2) water bottle Bottle made from glass (which is naturally BPA free and doesn’t retain taste) (here)

3) my own towel (I will never use the gym towel!!) (here)

And of course, a nice-looking gym bag is a MUST for all of us~~! (here, here)
