My response is always: “What you’re born with and what you have to work with.”
So if you’re genetically programmed to have a flat backside, you can lunge and squat all day and you probably won’t be able to replicate Jennifer Lopez’s assets. But that doesn’t mean you can’t improve upon your own strength or shape. I believe we can bring it as far as our body will allow it to go. We just need to set realistic goals and do it with right technique. The picture above simply highlights some key points of squat workout to help you sculpt a shapelier backside!
