Ballet dancers are known for their slender bodies, and, in particular, their long and agile legs. The movements of ballet work to lengthen muscles while challenging the body without building bulk. I’ve been doing barre workout for about 2 years now and I’ve seen great result on myself! I’d love to share some key learnings with you guys~~, let’s start with inner thighs.
Inner thighs are a must for a ballet dancer — without strong inner thighs, turn out and the ability for high jumps would be impossible. For everyone who is not a dancer, the inner thigh area is challenging to isolate and develop. However, with regular practice of a few basic ballet techniques, flabby thighs can turn into lean muscle.
