My most recent workout routine is the combination of “heavy lifting” weight training and barre training, and of course the right nutrition is also super important to achieve the optimal result! That’s why I love to carry the “on-the-go” natural protein with me when I travel!

During my work related travels, if I don’t have enough time to look for a gym or a barre studio, I follow the above “bodyweight circuit” workout plans to hit all the major muscle groups in my hotel room with my limited time. And yes, another tip is that I always carry dumbbells with me during my travels!
